  • U.S. Shipping

    Orders typically process and are shipped within 3-5 business days. We want you to receive your order ASAP so we work hard to ship orders fast! You will receive shipping and tracking information once your order has shipped.

  • Refund Policy

    We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. All sales are final. The Look Cosmetics has the right to refuse all returns.

  • Damaged Items

    Please inspect your order as soon as it is received and immedietly contact us if the item is defective, damaged, or if the wrong item is received so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right with you. We want the happiest customers so we will try to make things right if at all possible!

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
